Usually we ship using FedEx for shipping packages up to 150 lbs. For shipments of items over 150 lbs we use Old Dominion for delivery to residential addresses, and FedEx Freight for delivery to commercial addresses. We have daily FedEx and UPS pickups. See explanations below for each shipping option. Note: Business days are Monday – Friday.

FedEx Parcel (for packages less than 150 lbs). Can be shipped to both residential and commercial addresses.

• Ground – transit time 5-7 business days (depending on location)
• Express Saver – transit time 3 business days 
• 2 day – transit time 2 business days 
• Standard Overnight – Next business day delivery to most U.S. cities by 3 pm
• Priority Overnight – Next business day delivery to most U.S. cities by 10:30 am

In Store Pick Up:

• Pick up at TWP location at 2831 10th St. Berkeley, CA 94710. If this option is selected, we will notify you by phone or email when your order is ready for pickup.

Use My Shipping Account:  

• If you have a UPS or FedEx account that you would like us to bill for the shipping charges. You will be prompted to select the shipping method, shipping service, and enter your account number on the first page of the checkout.

LTL Truck Commercial Address: 

• Shipping via FedEx Freight for items over 150 lbs shipping to a commercial address only (does not include liftgate service). 

LTL Truck Residential Address: 

• Shipping via Old Dominion for items over 150 lbs shipping to a residential address (includes liftgate service).

USPS (for samples only):

• Priority mail - 1 to 3 business days within the U.S.
