TWP typically processes and ships orders quickly once they're ready, but delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your location. Smaller orders usually ship via FedEx and larger orders by freight carrier after processing at the Berkeley, California facility. Transit time after shipment varies based on the carrier service and destination. TWP does not guarantee exact delivery dates and cannot refund shipping for late delivery.
Yes. In addition to standard shipping options, TWP can accommodate expedited shipping requests such as faster parcel services or priority carrier options when available. If you need your order sooner than standard transit times allow, contact TWP by phone or email to discuss expedited options and any additional charges that may apply.
When your order arrives, inspect the shipment immediately. If you see any external damage, accept it only after the carrier notes the damage on the delivery receipt. Then request an inspection by the carrier. If you find damage or shortage after opening, you must also request a carrier inspection within 15 days of delivery to preserve your right to file a claim.
A lift-gate is a device used to raise and lower items from ground level to the level of a tractor trailer. Freight companies deliver items on a tractor trailer which is approx 56 inches above the ground. These trailers are designed to load and unload at a loading dock or with a fork-lift. Orders with multiple items or rolls weighing less than 150 lbs each can be shipped in separate boxes via FedEx Parcel. In these cases, both FedEx Parcel and LTL freight options will appear at checkout.
Your shipping cost may vary depending on whether your address is residential or commercial, and one option (FedEx Ground or LTL Truck) may be more cost-effective than the other.

Commercial addresses are those defined by the freight carrier as commercial sites. Typically these addresses are zoned as commercial real estate. Commercial address delivery charge does not include liftgate service; the destination address must either have a loading dock, or a fork-lift to unload the shipment. Please note: The fact that a business is being operated from a location does not qualify it as a commercial address. We usually ship using FedEx for shipping packages up to 150 lbs. For shipments of items over 150 lbs we use Old Dominion for delivery to residential addresses, and FedEx Freight for delivery to commercial addresses. We have daily FedEx and UPS pickups. See explanations below for each shipping option. Note: Business days are Monday – Friday. FedEx Parcel (for packages less than 150 lbs). Yes. TWP offers "Blind Ship" services where meshes and packaging are labeled generically so your customer won't see TWP as the source. Please indicate if you require this service at the time of order. Extra charges may apply.
