Orders may be canceled or changed before they are processed or shipped, but once an order is in process (especially custom or cut mesh), it cannot be canceled or altered without approval from TWP.

Custom mesh that has already entered production typically cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact TWP as soon as possible to check whether it can be accommodated.

Yes. TWP guarantees the quality of our mesh, but please inspect materials before cutting. If quality is disputed, wire cloth may be returned in the original delivered condition (unprocessed and unused) and packaged to prevent damage.

All returns must be authorized by TWP, may be subject to a restocking charge, and are subject to inspection before credit is issued. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Samples cannot be returned.

Wire mesh that has been cut or altered, or custom discs/parts cannot be returned.
