What is a residential address?

All of the following are considered residential addresses:

  • A home or private residence
  • Business operating out of a home
  • Business that does not have a loading dock or fork-lift to unload the freight shipment and requires liftgate service

A residential delivery includes liftgate service.

*Orders that are incorrectly processed with commercial address delivery to a location that does not meet the criteria for a commercial address as determined by the freight carrier will be subject to additional delivery charges.
