Five Ply Sintered Mesh Plate

Sintered 5 Ply Meshes use a total of 5 layers to achieve sturdiness which helps prevent filter blowout and protect the delicate particle control layer from damage. These industry standard filter plates are chemically certified type 316L stainless. Standard plate size is 39.3 X 19.6 inches (1000 X 500 mm) by .065 inch (1.7mm) thick. Swatches are 6 X 6 inches and cost $100. The photo to the left shows a cutaway view. Thermobond™ is a trademark of TWP Inc. We provide this material laser cut to shape.
